Thompson's Newborn Photos | Des Moines Studio

It's always an honor when a fellow photographer hires us to capture their baby's newborn photos.

Thompson's dad is a SUPER talented wedding photographer (Jason Thomas Crocker Photography) based out of the Des Moines area. Lindsey and I got to photograph this little guy together, and he was the cutest little peanut!

I love that Tommy's parents requested simple neutral setups and lots of tiny details (macros). Those sweet and simple images really help keep the focus of the session on baby. He also decided to give us lots of awake photos and even let us pose him awake for the ones with mom and dad <3
