Hey there! I’m Amy, a Cedar Falls photographer who’s all about capturing the magic of childhood, babies, and newborns. I’ve been behind the camera since 2012, and honestly, it all started because of my own kiddos. As a mom of four, I know how fast these moments fly by, and I love helping other families freeze those special memories in time.
I grew up in central Iowa, but now Cedar Falls is home for me, my husband, and our crew of four. When I’m not chasing little ones with my camera, I love camping with the kiddos, getting lost in a good book, or sneaking in a few Fortnite matches with my squad (yes, I’m a closet gamer). I’ve also got a serious love for coffee, kombucha, and cheese puffs. Chilly weather is my happy place— I love cozying up in my beanie and a warm blanket.
My sister and I run Sweet Little You Photography together. While she has her studio down in the Des Moines area, we share the same passion for capturing sweet, real moments with newborns and little ones. We’ve even been lucky enough to win some awards and be featured in photography publications over the years. Plus, we travel around the country teaching other photographers all about the art of newborn photography. It's amazing to meet so many photographers around the world who share our passion!
My goal as your Cedar Falls photographer is to give you the most high quality images possible. I'm a major perfectionist and don't settle for less than the best!
